Our Right to Update Our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in IDN Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
This section applies solely to the personal data of users who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you").
This section is an addition to our Privacy Policy (URL) expressly to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
We may use, or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:

Directly from you. For example, from forms you complete or
Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your browser and viewing actions on our Website.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, IDN has disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:
Identifiers. (Includes Real name, alias, postal address, IP address email address or similar identifiers.)
Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)). (Includes Name, address, telephone number, employment information. Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.
Internet or other similar network activity. (Includes Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
Geolocation data.
Activity data (from your engagement actions on our website. NOTE: John / Ankur: we can get that from GDPR page, right?)
IDN shares personal information you provide to our IDN third party partners for a business purpose.
We only share the information you choose to provide us and we process and share it with your consent on another legal basis. We use your information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to request that IDN disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will disclose to you: (i) Categories of personal information we collected about you; (ii) Categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you; (iii) IDN’s business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information; (iv) Categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information, if any; (v) Specific personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request); (vi) if we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, IDN will identify the personal information categories that recipients obtained.
You have the right to request IDN to delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to fulfill a service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
We may also deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) (i) detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities; (ii) debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality; (iii) comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.); (iv) engage in public or peer-reviewed research in accordance with Section 1798.105 (d)(6) of the CCPA; (v) enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us; (vi) comply with a legal obligation; or (vii) make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Under California’s CCPA law, our customers residing in California can request us not to share their personal information with our third-party partners.
You have the right to direct us to not sell or share your personal information (right to opt-out) Consumers who “opt-in” to personal information sale/sharing may opt out of future sales at any time. To exercise this right, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request by clicking here Do Not Sell My Personal Information. Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least 12 months before asking you to reauthorize your personal information sales. However, you may chance your mind and opt-in back at any time by clicking here (contact us link). You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.

Unless permitted by the CCPA, IDN will not: (i) deny you access to content or information services or provide you a different level or quality of services;
Only you as a legal resident of California, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to your personal information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
The verifiable consumer request must: (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and (ii) describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
